Breaking Silences, Building Stronger Communities
Let's Talk is a dedicated community mental health programme in Katsina, Nigeria. We create safe, facilitated round-table spaces where individuals connect, share personal struggles, and find strength in solidarity.
Why We Started
In many communities, mental health challenges are often carried in isolation due to pervasive cultural stigma and lack of accessible outlets. We recognized that individuals needed more than just clinical appointments — they needed a compassionate, confidential peer community.
Let's Talk was created to bridge this gap. Every month, we bring together individuals from all walks of life for facilitated peer circles that foster resilience, emotional healing, and mutual understanding.
Our Core Commitment
Every session is completely free, strictly confidential, and guided by trained facilitators. No diagnosis required, no judgment allowed.
Psychological Safety
A safe sanctuary where everyone is accepted as they are, without unsolicited advice or judgment.
Compassionate Peer Care
Fostering genuine human connection and solidarity among neighbors and community members.
Radical Confidentiality
Honoring participant privacy through the Safe Circle Covenant — what is shared stays in the room.
