Let's Talk

A quiet place in Katsina to share what you're carrying — and be heard.

Free, confidential monthly round-tables. Come to listen, speak, or simply sit with others who understand.

Our purpose

Why Let's Talk exists

Mental health challenges are real, common, and nothing to be ashamed of. We build the community infrastructure so no one in Katsina has to face theirs in silence.

Mission

To foster open mental health dialogue in every community we reach.

Monthly facilitated discussions give people a stigma-free place to speak, listen, and discover they are not alone.

Vision

A Katsina where mental health is discussed, understood, and prioritised.

Seeking help is strength. Families support one another through hard seasons, and wellness belongs in everyday life.

  • Confidentiality

What is shared in the room stays in the room. That promise is non-negotiable.

  • Compassion

We meet people with empathy and patience — space to be heard without fixing.

  • Community

Mental health is shared. Together we lower stigma so no one faces it alone.

  • Openness

Honest conversation is strength. Naming a struggle is often the first step.
